Even today, work is organised in piazze (teams), each one assigned to a master glassworker and an assistant. Each team has a workbench for the Master and one for the assistant and tables with iron slabs known as “marvers” on which the hot glass is rolled and shaped.

Many of these glass creations, some of which are genuine sculptures, have been successfully displayed at the prestigious Venice Biennale and Milan Triennale exhibitions.
